What is your Shipping Policy?
Please allow 7 to 10 business days for shipping.
Purchases made on diodewear.com are shipped to the address you provide at check out using the mode and method of shipment you choose from the shipping calculator. Once we deliver your product to the carrier, the risk of loss of that item falls to you and that carrier depending upon that carrier’s Loss Prevention Policies.
Can I return/exchange my Diode Wear purchase?
All sales are final. We cannot accept any returns on any worn Underwear or Swimwear for sanitary reasons as they are considered intimate goods.
Some "special circumstance" returns or exchanges may be considered. Please email email@example.com to find out if your order qualifies. In the event your order is eligible for a return or exchange you will be required to show proof of purchase. Returned items must be unworn and in the original packaging. If you need to exchange an item and you believe your item is defective or damaged prior to shipping, please send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and a case will be opened.

You, the purchaser will be responsible for all shipping costs when returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning an item over $75, we recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Only regular priced items will be considered eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once a return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. You, the purchaser will be responsible for all shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check with your bank or credit card.
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account.
